    Breath of Fire

    In this 9-minute Breath of Fire practice, we’ll use the breath to activate our inner fire.  We need our inner fire to ignite our courage.  Breath of Fire helps us release what we no longer need and opens up space within our bodies for a higher frequency.  

    Breath of Fire is one of the most powerful and foundational pranayama techniques in Kundalini Yoga. It’s energizing, detoxifying, and deeply activating.

    Awaken, clear, and expand the heart space through tapping, breathwork, and movement. Gentle tapping on the chest stimulates energy flow, while deep, intentional breath clears stagnation, making space for love and clarity. Postures help release resistance, allowing energy to move freely. As we soften and breathe with strength, we cultivate self-compassion, lightening our load and opening to the world with greater love.

    Heart Opening Breathwork

    Do you have the courage to speak, see, and live fully from your heart?  What would the world be like if we lived from our heart space. This practice combines mudra (hand positioning) and mantra (sacred sound) to activate the intelligence of the heart. The heart center is the bridge between the spiritual and earthly realms—a space where duality dissolves, and only unity remains.

    Detox Breathwork

    This Detox breathwork wakes up your body’s energy and helps it flow. It gives your belly a gentle massage, makes your heart stronger, and sends waves of energy through your whole body to help you feel better. This movement aids your body getting rid of toxins, like taking an inside shower to keep you healthy and strong.
