Feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.
Align From Within is a guided Kundalini practice for everyday life.
Through breath, movement, meditation, and mantra, Abigail Lorick helps you step out of the noise, reconnect with your body, and create more space for how you want to feel and live.
You don’t need to know anything about Kundalini to begin.
You just need a few minutes and a willingness to show up.
Start here.
Take 5 minutes for yourself.
If you’re new to Abigail’s work, begin with a simple guided practice designed to help you slow down, get out of your head, and come back into your body.
No experience required.
No need to be flexible.
No need to get it “right.”
Just press play and breathe.
A practice for real life.
Some days you have 1 hour.
Some days you have 10 minutes.
Some days you feel energized and open. Other days you feel anxious, scattered, depleted, stuck, or simply far away from yourself.
Your practice can meet you there.
Align From Within is a growing collection of guided Kundalini practices designed to help you pause, listen, move, breathe, and reconnect.
Not so you can escape your life. So you can return to it more fully.
What people are experiencing
“I notice immediately when I miss a day — the difference in how I respond rather than react is clear. This practice has softened my evenings, allowed me to be fully present with my kids without rushing them, and brought a sense of calm and spaciousness to my daily rhythm that I haven’t experienced in years.” Kelsi B

What can a regular practice help you cultivate?
-
Movement, breath, music, and presence brings us back to the parts of ourselves that feel alive.
-
The more often you make space to meet yourself, the easier it becomes to recognize what feels right for you.
-
Get out of your head and back into a relationship with your body, your breath, and yourself. This fosters a greater connection to the world around you - nature, people, work.
-
Slow down enough to hear what you actually need instead of constantly moving through the noise.
-
Create a moment of space between what happens around you and how you respond to it.
So, what is Kundalini?
You don’t need to understand the philosophy before you experience the practice.
Kundalini uses combinations of breath, movement, meditation, and mantra to bring your attention out of the constant activity of the mind and back into the body.
Some practices are quiet.
Some are physical.
Some are challenging.
Some may be only a few minutes long.
The point is to experience what changes when you stop, listen, breathe, and give yourself your own attention.
Over time, the practice becomes somewhere you can return — especially when life feels noisy, uncertain, or overwhelming.

Not sure where to begin?
That’s part of the reason Align From Within exists. You don’t have to arrive knowing which meditation, breathwork exercise, or Kundalini set you need.
Begin with how you feel: I need to slow down. I feel anxious or overwhelmed. I need energy. I feel disconnected from myself. I’m stuck in my head. I want to feel stronger. I only have 10 minutes.
There’s a practice for everything.

LEARNING TO RECEIVE
We're often so busy giving our time, energy, and attention to others that we forget to make space for ourselves. This month, we're exploring practices that help us slow down, reconnect with what we need, and become more comfortable receiving support, care, and joy.
Meet Abigail
I’m Abigail Lorick.
I’ve practiced yoga for more than four decades, and my work today brings together Kundalini-based movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra.
But what matters most to me isn’t how much you know about yoga.
It’s what happens when you begin to know yourself more deeply.
I want practice to feel alive.
There can be challenge, discipline, stillness, laughter, joy, resistance, release — sometimes all in the same session.
We practice so we can meet ourselves as we are.
And little by little, what happens inside the practice begins to show up outside of it:
More patience.
More awareness.
More courage.
More ease.
More capacity to be present with the people we love.
More trust in ourselves.
My job isn’t to tell you who to become.
It’s to create a space in which you can listen more closely to who you already are.

“Everything you need is already within you.”
