In this Detox breawthwork we utilize the Sat Kriya. This is an important yogic practice that wakes up your body’s energy and helps it flow. By using your core and navel center, you activate your inner power, helping to move and shift energy inside of you. It gives your belly a gentle massage, makes your heart stronger, and sends waves of energy through your whole body to help you feel better. This movement also helps your body get rid of toxins, like taking an inside shower to keep you healthy and strong.
