Immunity Breath

This breathwork meditation, known as the Sun Breath, works to balance the right hemisphere of the brain, where many diffuse negative emotions are stored. These emotions can contribute to depression and weaken the immune system. By stimulating the sympathetic nervous system and activating the right hemisphere, this practice encourages a natural realignment.

As your glandular system begins to shift, you may experience a range of emotions. This is a normal part of the process. Allow yourself to relax and continue breathing through any resistance. On the other side of this emotional inertia, you’ll feel lighter, more energized, and uplifted.

With consistent practice, you can gradually extend your session up to 31 minutes. At this level, your entire system is cleansed and rejuvenated, and your immune system will function with renewed vitality, free from internal blockages.
